She was born in Jerome, AZ on June 6, 1943 to Frank and Isabel Gallego. She moved to San Manuel, AZ in 1955 and lived in the area for 23 years. She married Gilbert Robles on February 12, 2000.
She moved to Douglas in February 1978 and became a member of the Douglas ARC. She became the first person to serve on the DARC board. She worked for the Senior Citizens Nutrition Center. She was active in the Special Olympics and won many medals.
She is survived by her husband Gilbert Robles; brother Frank Gallego; sisters Janice Fletcher, Isabel Mathieson, Rosalie Cummins; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Pirtleville, AZ.
