Mary was born June 7, 1929, in Taberville, MO, to Homer and Fannie Godley. Mary married Robert D Breshears on July 3, 1954.
Bob and Mary moved to Kansas City in 1962, where they raised their three children, Theresa Louise Lovell, Olathe, Kansas and William R. Breshears, Indianapolis, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her eldest son, Larry.
Mary is survived by three brothers and sisters, Clarence Godley, Lawton, Okla.; John Godley, Gladstone, MO; Frank Godley, Independence, Mo; Arvella Fenwick, Clinton, MO; Pat Schmidt, Pickneyville, Ill.; and Fannie Fenwick, Clinton, MO. Mary also leaves behind a daughter-in-law, Arlene Breshears (Weeda) and son-in-law, Rex Lovell.
Mary also leaves behind five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is Sunday, March 14, from 4 to 6 PM in Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home Chapel in Wheatland, MO.
Funeral services will be Monday, March 15, at 11 AM, with Rev. Jeremy Hostettler officiating. Interment will be in Crutsinger Cemetery.

She was born June 7, 1929, at Taberville, the daughter of Homer and Fannie Harrison Godley. She married Robert D. Breshears July 3, 1954, and they raised their three children, Larry, Theresa Louise and William R. Breshears.
She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Larry.
She is survived by her husband, Robert D. Breshears; her children, Theresa and Rex Lovell of Olathe, Kan., and William R. "Bill" and Arlene Weeda Breshears of Indianapolis, Ind.; three brothers, Clarence Godley of Lawton, Okla., John Godley of Gladstone and Frank Godley of Independence; three sisters, Arvella Fenwick of Clinton, Pat Schmidt of Pickneyville, Ill., and Fannie Fenwick, also of Clinton; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were Monday, March 15, at Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jeremy Hostettler officiating. Burial was in Crutsinger Cemetery, Weaubleau. Pallbearers were Brandon Jackson, Bradley Jackson, Steve Breshears, Matt Braswell, Roy Weeda and Andy Treet. A00008B2010MR17
