The Rosary was recited last Thursday evening, followed Friday by a Mass of the Resurrection at our Lady of Lourdes Church for Felix C. Amavisca, 48, of Corcoran who died Wednesday in a Corcoran hospital.
A native of Arizona, he had resided in the Corcoran area for 20 years where he was a self employed as a trucker.
Survivors include his wife, Annie of Corcoran; one son, Ruben of Corcoran; three daughters, Julia, Stella and Victoria, all of Corcoran; four brothers, Rudy of Corcoran, Arthur and Hector, both of Brawley; three sisters, Eva Amavisca and Avelina Meza, both of Corcoran and Amelia Tarazon of Fresno.
Interment was in Corcoran District Cemetery.
