Hazel Hyatt, Lunchroom Supervisor
ROCK HILL - Mrs. Hazel Little Hyatt, 74, of 1219 Winthrop Dr., died Dec. 11, 1988, at Rock Hill Convalescent Center. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John`s United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ted Walter and the Rev. Dick Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. today at Bass Funeral Home and at the home at other times.
Mrs. Hyatt was born in Iredell County, N.C. and moved to Rock Hill in 1964. She was a retired lunchroom supervisor in Rock Hill School District III. She also retired from Rock Hill Convalescent Center in 1977 where she served as supervisor of the lunchroom. Mrs. Hyatt was a member of St. John`s Church where she was in the Browning-Sykes Sunday school class. She was also a member of the Palmetto Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors are her husband, David H. Hyatt; a son, Eric David Hyatt of Sylacaug, Ala.; daughter, Mrs. Vicki Pierce of Salisbury, N.C.; a brother, Richard T. Little of Appling, Ga.; a sister, Mrs. Mathalda Parker of Johnson
City, Tenn.; stepmother, Mrs. Lena R. Little of Cleveland, N.C.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
