KELLEY, Lucy Roop --- 72, died at 4:15 p.m. Sunday at her home, Powell, Route 2. Survivors: husband, Thomas C. Kelley; four sons, James G., Clinton, William R. and Ray W., Powell, Kenneth H., Knoxville; two daughters, Mrs. Leota Scarbrough, Knoxville, Mrs. Eva A. Diggs, Lenoir City; sister, Mrs. Jessie Pilkey, Powell; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services, 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Baptist Church, Rev. Aud Cox, Rev. Harrison B. Vean, Rev. James H. Lowe officiating. Burial in church cemetery. Nephews will be pallbearers. The body is at the home. Holley Funeral Home, Clinton, in charge.
