Month of June. 1993
A neighbor was feeding the mother cat and asked me
if I would be kind enough to drop off cans of food in the
morning when I walked Tai..(Lhasa Apso) Grace and her
husband where going away on vacation... Sure...
The mother cat(Muffin), a Beautiful Calico , after a few days,
she showed me her litter of 5. She had no Fear of Tai at all.
One kitten, had the most Beautiful Turquoise eyes, and
went over to Tai and he (Tai) just started to lick it's face. It
seemed it was meant to be.
In Late July of 93..
I was asked by (Grace) if I wanted a kitten.. I said NO
Thank You and Male only if that should ever happen in
this Life time. :O)
Then Grace and her Husband did another weekend get away.
This time, Muffin sent the kids out :O) all 5 of them.
During the week, Grace and her husband came to my Apt.
and said Thank You and gave me a little gift bag for feeding them.
In it was ....Kitty food and The Turquoise One..... He was a Male
Tai was jumping like crazy.. "I want to see him Mommy"
from that day ,Bootsie became Tai's brother.
(Boots) thought of himself as a Dog.
He ate everything Tai ate.
Loved Ham and Liverwurst. . He would Kill for It. :O)
"It's Mine Mommy "
In Oct. 2007 I brought in Finnegan .. Tai was up in age and had
a Bad Heart and a Tooth problem
Bootsie never saw a kitten before and was totally lost.
What a fun time that was.
He just let Finnegan run the show. They played together
and raised Hell together .
Bootsie must have taught him not to jump and break things
because he never did.
Now Bootsie ..That is another story.
Tai passed 2 months later and Boots was at a total lost.
Took him over 3 weeks just to come to me and then Finnegan.
up until a few days ago, you would always see Bootsie sleeping in
Tai's house or just relaxing in there.Photo Here
He is with Tai now and his Grandparents.
Who he visited often. He loved going over to my parents.
Boots just wanted to stay with them.
See Grandma and
Grandpa
and Tai 2007
