Ella Mae Archie, 84, died April 1, 1998 at the Gideon Care Center in Gideon, Mo. Born December 8, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Minnie Jane Johnson Warren.
She was married to the late Tom Archie of Caruthersville, Mo. She was a homemaker and was of Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by one son, Doyle Archie and her husband.
Survivors include: two daughters, Minnie Jackson of Osage Beach, Mo. and Janta Johnson of Risco, Mo.; three sons, Tommy Archie of Gleason, Tn., Jimmy Ray Archie of Medicine Heights, Mi. and Carl Junior Archie of Coldwater, Mi.; four sisters, Loretta Ray of Gideon, Mo., Lavern Davis of Mattoon, Il., Virginia Gray of Hayti, Mo. and Jerry Jones of Malden, Mo.; fourteen grandchildren.
Services held April 4, 1998 at 2 p.m. at the Bradshaw Chapel with Rev. Marshall Metcalf officiating. Burial was in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti, Mo.
