Rowan was our family calico cat. I adopted her from the Humane Society the last week of October 1994. She was named Rowan after a character in one of Anne Rice's books.
She was 15 years old.
Rowan was my cat but when I moved out and took her with me she never adjusted to the new place and our puppies. So I took her back to the house she always knew, where my grandmother still lived. This was in 1995.
