Mrs. J. A. (Carrie McKinney) Beery, 83, Decatur, died Wednesday afternoon in a hospital there where she had been a patient two weeks. Born in Russiaville, she was the daughter of W. C. and Mahala (Chandler) McKinney.
Surviving are the husband, J. A. Beery; a sister, Mrs. Robert Myers, Kokomo, and several nieces and nephews. Three brothers are deceased.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Zwick Funeral Home at Decatur with burial to follow in Beery Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Friday.
