Dorothy Ball
Dorothy Dickinson Ball, a member of one of Great Falls' founding families, died of natural causes Wednesday at a local hospital. She was 95. Private graveside services will be held, with burial at Highland cemetery.
Ball was born June 20, 1894, in Great Falls, where she attended school and was a lifelong resident. Her father, Christopher Dickinson, worked with Paris Gibson in founding the city.
She was a homemaker and active member of the Junior League.
Survivors are two grandsons, Greg Ball of Livermore, Calif., and Steve McHugh of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and a nephew, Ron Dickinson of Great Falls.
