Denise DePrisco, age 83, of New Castle, DE, died on Thursday, April 15, 2010.
Born in Belgium on March 6, 1927, Denise was the daughter of the late Pieter Van de Sande and Tina Smessert Van de Sande. She was a talented homemaker throughout her life and greatly enjoyed cooking for her beloved family. She also enjoyed spending time with her many friends at the Howard Weston Senior Center, playing bingo and pinochle, and caring for her pet dogs.
Her husband, John C. DePrisco, died in 1992. She is survived by her son, John DePrisco of Newark, DE; grandsons, John DePrisco, Jr. and Timothy DePrisco; and several great grandchildren.
She was always full of life, and is very much missed by those who loved her.
