Anton's father came to US from what is now Czech Republic and became a naturalized citizen. They were a family of brick masons in Baylor and Wilbarger Counties. They worked on the court houses in Baylor, Knox and Throckmorton Counties. Anton was later joined by his two sons in the masonary business in Wilbarger county till his death.
