Phillip Wulff

Phillip G. Wulff, 55, Oshkosh, died Thursday, June 26, 1986 in Milwaukee County Medical Complex.
He was born Oct. 14, 1930, in Mondovi, the son of Kenneth and Selma Jordet Wulff. He married Barbara Hunter Nov. 24, 1956, in Galesville.
Mr. Wulff was a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy until retiring in 1970. He had spent 22 years on active duty and 10 on reserve duty. His last assignment was at the Oshkosh Naval Reserve where he was second in command. He was then the first superintendent and foreman of the Winnebago County Parks System. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Surviving are his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Vicki), Mrs. Dan (Janet) Gomoll and Mrs. Kenneth (Brenda) Hanford, all of Oshkosh; one son, Larry Dale, Minnespolis, Minn.; two brothers, Sanford, Edgerton, and Waldemar, Eleva; one sister, Mrs. James (Eileen) Walker, Edgerton; and four grandchildren.
Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in Wyldewood Baptist Church, Oshkosh, and 2 p.m. Monday in First Presbyterian Church, Galesville, the Rev. Howard Nelson officiating. Burial was in Decorah Prairie Cemetery, Galesville.
