Gladys Titus Close of 111 Bronson Road, Westvale, died Monday at her home after a long illness.
A native of Hopewell, N.J., she lived in the Syracuse area most of her life. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Corinthian Club.
She belonged to the Onondaga Guild of Van Duyn Home & Hospital, Women of Rotary, the Boys Club of Syracuse and the Geddes Business and Professional Women, which named her 1971 Woman of the Year.
Her husband, Charles B., died in 1992.
Surviving are a son, C. Edwin of Westvale; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cromwell Memorial Home, 71 E. Prospect St., Hopewell, N.J. Burial is in Old School Baptist Church Cemetery, Hopewell.
