"Frank Zielinski, 74, of 1518 Kent street, died this morning at 8 o'clock, after an illness of seven days of pneumonia. The funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. Besides his widow, Mrs. Theresa Zielinski, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. William Cosgrave, and a son, Andrew Zielinski, both of Cleveland."

Date of death on his headstone appears to be in error, since his obituary was published in 1916 and his death certificate indicates the date I have noted above.
