Seabrook, NH – Leon J. Ellis, 46, of Seabrook died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident.

He was born in Newburyport, February 14, 1964, the son of Francis R. Ellis, Sr. and Sandra J. (Randall) Pierce.

A son, father, brother, grandfather and friend, he was a loving person who enjoyed every moment of his life whether it was riding his motorcycle or spending time with his family; especially the love of his life, his children and grandchildren.

He will be deeply missed by his family members which include his grandmother, Madeline (Abrahams) Randall; father and stepmother, Francis and Bonnie Ellis; mother and stepfather, Sandra and William Pierce; brothers, Francis R. "Bub" Ellis, Jr. and wife Hilary, and Jeff (Gump) Eaton; sisters, Lynda Gallant and her companion Dana, Angel Hussey and her companion Rick; and Julie Colella and her husband Michael; children William Cassen, Sabie Lee-Lynn Donahue, Leon F. Ellis, Jr., Levi J. Ellis, and Jadea C. Ellis Graham; grandchildren, Ricky, Brendon, Christopher, and Michael. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, his former wife, Barbara (Lovejoy) Ellis, and very true and dear life long friend, Wendy Michaud. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Walter I. Randall and Francis M. Ellis, and grandmother, Doris Dickie.

Services will be held Saturday, May 15th at 5 P.M. at the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH where friends may call from 2 P.M. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in the Wildwood Cemetery, Seabrook. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ellis Children's Fund, C/O The Provident Bank, P.O. 650, Seabrook, NH 03874.
