Mr. Patrick Bazemore "PB" Thompson, age 79, died late Wednesday at his residence. He was a native and longtime resident of Bulloch and Effingham County and was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Thompson retired from Savannah Electric and Power after thirty five years as a Line Clearance Supervisor. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing, drinking coffee, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Thompson of Brooklet; his son and daughter-in-law, Patrick L. (Olivia) Thompson of Guyton; his daughter, Kathy Thompson Love of Rincon; his step-daughter, Daphne Wendell of Brooklet; his step sons Gerald Brown, Jr. and Glenn (Ember) Brown, all of Brooklet; his sister, Margaret Brannen of Pooler; five grandchildren, Katie Thompson, Justin Miller, Ashlee Miller, Morgan Brown, and Mason Brown; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Hodges-Moore Funeral Home with Elder Howard Rushing officiating.

Burial will be in the Brooklet City Cemetery.
