Graveside funeral services will be held in the Westside District Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. for longtime resident Gudrun "Goody" Adams, 85.
Mrs. Adams was born in Paulsbo, Washington on January 18, 1917 and passed away in a local nursing home on February 2, 2002.
She had lived most of her life in Taft. And she was a member of the ladies of the moose, Taft Moose Lodge.
Mrs. Adams survivors includes her husband, her daughters and their husbands, her 6 grandchildren, her 13 great grandchildren, and her sister.
Mrs. Adams suffered from Alzheimer's disease and her family wishes that those who would like to make a donation in her memory may do so to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 5500 Olive Drive, Bakersfield California 93308.
There are no visitation hours scheduled and the services are under the directions of Erickson & Brown Funeral Home.
