Oscar A. Mitscher, 66 years old, died Saturday morning at his home, 229 E. Park Place. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Myrta Mitscher; one daughter, Mrs. H.H. Howel of Tulsa; and two sons, Mark A. Mitscher of San Diego, Cal., and Thomas Mitscher of Oklahoma City. Arrangements will be announced later by the Hahn funeral home.
