Mrs. Bessie Fae Duren Hennesy, 94, of Winston passed away, Wednesday, March 26, 2008. She was born August 31, 1913, the daughter of the late Renzo Duren and Ora Giles Duren.
She lived in Douglas County almost all her life, was an avid gardener, farmer and Baptist by faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence H. Hennesy, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Lawrence "Larry" H. Hennesy, Jr., of Winston, GA, two grandchildren, Charles and Marcia Hennesy of Millington, TN and Rev. Kenneth and Renee Hennesy of Lithia Springs; great grandchildren: Jennifer, Meghan, Matthew and Joshua Hennesy.
Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, March 28, 2008 at 11:00 AM from Hightower's Memorial Chapel in Douglasville with Reverend Ken Hennesy officiating. Interment will follow in the Prays Mill Cemetery in Douglasville.
