Anne L. Casale, 72, of Glendale, passed away Monday, December 2, 2002. Mrs. Casale was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on July 15, 1930 and moved to Arizona 2 years ago. She was a culinary professional and author of 5 cookbooks. She has taught ex-tensively throughout the United States and had her own cooking school and was a member of IACP and former president of the New York Association of Culinary Teachers. She is survived by her loving husband, John V. Casale; 2 daughters, Joanne Casale and Amy Savage; Son-in-law, Ron Savage; sister, Louise Mundy and 4 grandchildren, John Paul Murphy, Colin Murphy, Sarah Savage and Denton Savage. Private Services will be held. Family suggests contributions to: Hospice of the Valley West, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014-5669 or the Kaleidoscope of Hope, P.O. Box 1124, Madison, NY 07940. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary.
