BRENDA SUE SLIGER, 44, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at her home. Born Dec. 13, 1962, to Condy William and Inez Lucille (Capps) Swangin. She was employed by Perfection Bakery for 20 years. On April 12, 2002, she married Scott Sliger; who survives. "Brenda was a loving, caring, and giving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and most of all friend to so many. She has been a selfless angel on Earth, now she takes on the mission of being an angel for God. She will always be in our prayers, memories, and life." She was a co-founder of Benefit Bass Mafia. Survivors include her husband, Scott Sliger; mother, Inez Swangin; children, Jack and Brandon Swangin; stepchildren, Travis and Tristian Sliger, and Nancy Williams; grandchildren, Brendan and Cameron Swangin; and their mother, Krystal Pliett; brothers, Lynn (Kathy) Swangin, Larry Swangin, and Calvin (Terry) Swangin; and sisters, Debra (Dennis) Jordan; identical twin sister, Linda (Fletcher) Grover and Kelly Schlueter. Service is 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 609 Putnam St., with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service. Arrangements by C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St.
