Mary Alicia Grady Moses, the widow of the New York planner, builder, and administrator Robert Moses, died on Tuesday at Beth Israel North Medical Center. She was seventy-seven and a lifelong resident of Manhattan. She died after a brief illness, her family said.

Mrs. Moses was a staff member at the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority before her marriage to Mr. Moses after the death, in 1966, of his first wife, the former Mary Louise Sims, whom he had married in 1915. He died in 1981 at the age of ninety-two.

Mrs. Moses is survived by two sisters, Helen O'Sullivan and Margaret Grogan.
