Dollie was the daughter of Richard and Mary Ann (Scott) Decker.  Although her gravestone indicates she was born in 1865, census records and other sources indicate she was likely actually born in 1863.  The 1900 census lists her birth as June 1863.  She married William Wesley Grissom on 14 Dec 1884 in Coles County, Illinois.
