Adam rites to be Tuesday

Casper - Funeral services for Mrs. Harvey (Merle) Adam, 74, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Chapel.

The Rev. Arthur G. Donnelly of the Second Presbyterian Church in Topeka, Kan., will officiate.

Mrs. Adam died Friday at her home at 1527 East 12th Street, following a lengthy illness.

Born Sept. 22, 1900 at Rapid City, S.D., she came to Casper with her parents as a child. She attended Natrona County High School.

She was married to Harvey J. Adam on July 14, 1922 at Douglas.

Survivors include her husband, of the family home; two daughters, Mrs. Erma McLaughlin of Casper, and Mrs. Arthur (Billie) Donnelly of Topeka, Kan.; three brothers, Ralph Humberson, Sidney Humberson, and Glenn Humberson, all of Casper; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Engles and Mrs. Rebecca Fales, both of Casper; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in Memorial Gardens.
