Mrs. Anna E. Carter, 70 years old died at 7 o'clock Monday morning June 7, in St. Johns hospital at Joplin. Mrs. Carter lived on Carthage route 4. Surviving are her husband Walter E. Carter; a daughter Mrs. James T. Hubbard of Webb City; 3 sisters, Mrs. Louise Morton of Picher, Mrs. Lucy Asham of Miami, Fla. and Mrs. Mary Heltzel, Carthage route 4; 4 brothers Charles Endicott of Duenweg, George Endicott, Carthage route 4; Jim and John Endicott of Jennings, Ok. and 6 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Forest Park Baptist church. The rev. Thurman Kelly officiated. Burial was in Forest Park cemetery under the direction of the Webb∼Age 69
