Born to Peter Williams Sr. & Clifford Williams in Albany, Georgia on 6 January, 1922. Originally named C.P. Williams however during World War II when drafted as a Private in the U.S. Army the Army renamed him Charles Patrick Williams which is how his tombstone reads. He lived n New York City much of his adult life and later retired back to Albany, which is where he died. Had one son, whose name is unknown. Had ten siblings, two sisters, Eula Dee and Sallie and seven brothers, Willie, James, Mack, Peter Jr., George, Jerry and Ralph.
