MY MOTHER

Daughter of Thomas Milton and Annie Gertrude (Rohner) Andersen

Married: Andrew Joseph Kujda, Sr. on April 18, 1936

Siblings: Louise (Andersen) Hickman,Overton, Nevada, Viola (Andersen) McCleery Portland, Oregon and Milton Deloy
Andersen Overton, NV

Children:Jerreve, Yvonne, and Andrew

Our mom was a person who would do anything for anyone whenever they asked. She was one of the best bakers and cooks. She could make Hungarian Cookies and Angel Wings that would melt in your mouth. She crocheted beautiful and made us all several crocheted items. All she had to do was look at something and she was able to go home and crochet it. She made each of us and each of her grandchildren quilts. She was so talented in so many different things. She was working at Riverside Hospital the day she died and even at her age she could outwork the ones younger then she was.

This is a poem written by Laura for her grandmother the day after she died. It will explain how mom was:

Our Grandma's gone, not far away, She's in our hearts, so let us pray:
Oh Grandma dear we love you so, Were all so sad you had to go
Our lives you brought such happiness that we are all going to miss
We'll remember how much you'd always give, In our hearts forever you will live.
You'd out work anyone that we know, and you always seemed to enjoy it so.
But now it's time for a peaceful rest. We know God's plan is always best.
Whenever we look in the heaven above, We'll know your safe with God's great Love.

Mom was at the Sujowski Funeral Home on Alexis Road. The rosary was on a Thursday night at 7:30 P.M. Her funeral was held on Halloween Day at 10:00 at Regina Coeli Church. The pallbears were all her grandsons.

Oh mama dear we miss you so. If only we could feel your hands and arms around us and hear your voice again. We know you are in Heaven watching down on us. Until we meet again we want you to know how much we love you.

Your Family

There is no love, like a mother's love,
no stronger bond on earth...
like the precious bond that comes from God,
to a mother, when she gives birth.
A mother's love is forever strong,
never changing for all time...
and when her children need her most,
a mother's love will shine.
God bless these special mothers,
God bless them every one...
for all the tears and heartache,
and for the special work they've done.
When her days on earth are over,
a mother's love lives on...
through many generations,
with God's blessings on each one.
Be thankful for our mothers,
for they love with a higher love...
from the power God has given,
and the strength from up above.
~We Love You Mom~

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO A WONDERFUL LADY "GODS SPECIAL ANGEL" FOR SPONSORING MY MOTHER.

I do want to thank everyone who visits my mama's memorial. I try to get back to you but sometime it is overlooked or I haven't been on the computer. I do appreciate each and every one of you.
