Heman Pomeroy Jr., the son of Heman Pomeroy and Esther (Lyman) Pomeroy was baptized in the First Church of Christ at Northampton, Hampshir Co., Mass. on 8 July 1770. He was married to his second cousin, Lucy (Parsons) Pomeroy on 23 December 1797 (intentions 18 November 1797) by the Rev. Solomon Williams in Northampton at the same church. He died 16 February 1852, at the age of 81 at Easthampton.
