Amy Turner Keithley moved with her family from Ohio to Illinois to Wisconsin where she met and married Enoch Keithley in 1852. The Keithleys had three sons before Mr. Keithley enlisted in the Civil War; he died while he was serving in Tennessee. Mrs. Keithley was then briefly married to Thomas Burgess who deserted the family following the birth of a daughter. Amy and her daughter returned to Fairview to live near her family. In her later years, she resided with her daughter, Sarah Edith Davidson, and they are buried side by side at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewisville.
