A funeral for Eloise Holland, 89, of Mountain Home will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Bolton officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. She died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at Baxter Care Manor.

Eloise Holland was born May 24, 1914, at Benton to John DeLester and Ada Mae McElhenny Holloway. She married Russell Holland Feb. 12, 1940, at Udall, Mo., and was a homemaker. They moved from Henderson to Rock Island, Ill., in 1961 and returned to Mountain Home in 1977. She was a member of College and North Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Holland; two sons, Charles "Chuck" (Jean) Holland and James "J.C." Holland, all of Mountain Home; four grandchildren, Nathan Holland of Sherwood, Amanda Holland of Gassville, Ryan Holland of Mountain Home, and Tracey Anderson of Bossier City, La.; three great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Kyle Holland, and Cody Anderson; one brother, Edgar (Erma) Holloway of West Memphis; and three sisters, Hazel (Ralph) Cullum of LaGrange and Christine Jolly and Virginia Lawson, both of Cabot.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; and six sisters.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Holland, Ryan Holland, Fred Edwards, Marvin Hodges, Richard Kemp and Bill McGoldrick.

Burial will be in the Custer Herron Cemetery at Henderson.
