Mrs. Sara Q. DeVaull, 79, of 1811 S. 24th, died at 1:54 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 18, 1986) in Blessing Hospital.
Mrs. DeVaull was born July 16, 1907, in Painesville, Ohio, a daughter of Willis and Jessie Snell Quincy. She married George E. DeVaull, Aug. 28, 1929, in Painesville, Ohio. He died Dec. 29, 1973. Mrs. DeVaull had been a resident of Quincy since September 1981.
Surviving are a son, George E. DeVaull of Quincy; three grandchildren, Dr. Michelle DeVaull Pinkerton of La Grange, George E. DeVaull III of Champaign and Jacquelyn DeVaull of Carbondale.
Mrs. DeVaull also was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
