John Beal Sneed, the 2nd child of Ezekiel and Melinda Crouch Sneed, was born 24 May 1844 in District 1, Graves County, KY - according to the 1850 census.

John married Delilah Jane Wright, a daughter of Clayton Wright and Anna Snider, 27 Oct 1867.
