She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Max Bayless, one (1) child, Ocie Godbold, and two (2) siblings, Lynn Gaither and Evelyn Brown.
She is survived by one (1) daughter, JoAnn Wooten, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, four (4) grandchildren, Terry Wooten, of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jerry Wooten, of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jennifer Popovich, of Concorde, California, Cory Godbold, of Bangler, Wisconsin, four (4) great-grandchildren, Anna, Garrett, Duncan, and Hazel, three (3) siblings, Martha Steadman, of House Springs, Missouri, Alvin Gaither, of Fenton, Missouri, and Leonard Gaither, of Pacific, Missouri, and many other relatives and friends.
Grace had many hobbies, however her most precious moments were those with spent with her grandchildren. She is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
