Andrew Charles Jacobs, 44, of Sunnyside Road, Philadelphia, passed away Thursday, April, 8, 2010 at Ft. Loudoun Medical Center. Born December 25, 1965 in Denver, Colorado.

Son of the late Albert J. Jacobs.

Survivors; Mother and Step-Father: Carol Ernestine Bell Cook and Edgar Cook of Philadelphia; Brother: Robert Jacobs of Philadelphia; Sisters: Maxine Schoenherr and husband John of Philadelphia, Melody Blake of Colorado, and Shannon Jacobs of California.

Family will receive friends at Loudon Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m prior to memorial service at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2010 with Mike Arp Officiating.
