Following an illness of 18 months, Mrs. Eliza A. Creighton, 70, widow of David Creighton, passed away at her residence in Cass Township, six miles East of Findlay..

Final rites in charge of Rev. Glen Robinson, pastor of the Arcadia Methodist Episcopal Church, will be held from the residence at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Cars will leave the Coldren Funeral Home at 1:30 o'clock for the convenience of those wishing to attend..

The daughter of Sullivan and Rachel Eckert, she was born in Hancock County June 8, 1861. She had lived in this county her entire life..

In June, 1882 she was married to David Creighton, who preceded her in death. Two children are living. They are J. L. Creighton, of Ardmore, Okla., and E. R. Creighton, Jenks, Okla..

Mrs. E. S. Lash, of Mentone, Ind., and Mrs. Ada Wilson of Denver, Colo., are sisters..

Mrs. Creighton was an active member of the Arcadia Methodist Church, the Ladies Aid, Missionary Society and W.C.T.U.
