Globe Times November 20, 1953 - Vincent Pongrac - Vincent Pongrac, 261 Seventh Avenue, Miller Heights, a retired Bethlehem Steel Company employee, died at 3 o'clock this morning in St. Luke's Hospital. Born in Hungary, he came to the United States in 1901 and resided in Miller Heights 33 years. Survivors: Three stepchildren, Mary, wife of Stephen Kronitz, Syracuse, N.Y., Anna, wife of James Beers, at home, and John, Freemansburg, and five grandchildren. The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the home, followed by requiem mass at 9:30 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Miller Heights. Burial will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
