Irvin E. Minich, 69, of 505 C St., died on June 3rd in Carlisle Hospital. He owned and operated Minich's Barber Shop on North Hanover Street for 50 years. He was a
U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II.

Irvin was a member of the First United Methodist Church, its Board of Trustees and Administrative Board and the Ray Lackey Bible Class. He also was a member and past master
and secretary and was serving as treasurer of the Cumberland Star Lodge 197 of F&AM, St. John's Chapter No. 171, past thrice Illustrious Master of St. John's Council No. 5 and a member of St. John's Commandery No. 8. He also was a member of the Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Shrine Temple, Tall Cedars of Lebanon and Harrisburg Forest 143.

Surviving are his wife, Betty J. MUMPER Minich; a son, Eric M. of Carlisle; a daughter, Kathy A. Koppen of Carlisle; a brother, John E. of Carlisle; a sister, Ester Rankin of
Silver Spring Twp.; and five grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home here with the Rev. Howard A. Kerstetter officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial
Gardens, West Pennsboro Twp.
