Boenker, Anona (nee Francis), of St. Clair, Missouri, formerly of High Ridge, Missouri was born February 23, 1915, in Lawrence, Kansas to Joseph and Mattie (nee Mangels) Francis, and entered into rest, Friday, April 3, 2009, at St. Johns Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri, at the age of 94 years, 1 month and 10 days.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Boenker (Married September 24, 1935) and four (4) siblings.

She is survived by

three (3) children, Harry (Myra) Boenker, of High Ridge, Missouri, Marie Larson, of High Ridge, Missouri and Nancy (Glen) Wideman, of Londell, Missouri,

three (3) grandchildren, Vicky, Melvin, Jr. and Cindy

great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren,

and many other relatives and friends.

Anona enjoyed crocheting, needle working, playing bingo and gardening. However her most precious moments were those spent with her family. She is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Monday, April 6, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Service will be Tuesday 10 a.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary.
