Funeral services will be Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Peebles Curry Memorial Chapel with Pastor Vera Daniels officiating.
Interment will be in the Eastbrook Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Durden-Hudson Funeral Home Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM.
Pallbearers are nephews: Kevin Brown, Tony Brown, Neal Coxwell, Leon McBride Jr. Donnie Henry and Michael Rummele.
Mrs. Beard was a native of Wayne County, a homemaker and a Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband; John Neal Beard, parents Cleveland and Leona Gilder Edenfield and sister; Alice Edenfield Bennett.
Survivors include: One Sister: India "Dot" Edenfield Radford of Swainsboro, GA.; Several Nieces and Nephews
