Born Aug. 22, 1916, in Big Cove Tannery, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Edward W. and Olive P. Gregory Souders.
She was employed as a buyer by May Co., Warren, for 25 years, retiring in 1972.
She was a member of Damascus Christian Church, Big Cove Tannery. She attended Central Christian Church, Warren.
She was a former member of the Altrusa Club, Warren. She was a volunteer for the Red Cross, Warren, and a member of the YMCA.
She is survived by her husband, Huber G. "Bick" Exline, whom she married Aug. 21, 1937; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Souders.
Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Damascus Christian Church. The Rev. Loy Garber will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St., Hancock.
