Richard David Dyal, 58, Elderado Park, Arcadia, died in the Bay Pines Veterans Hospital Tuesday Jan. 27 after a prolonged illness.
He was born in Wauchula June 23, 1911, and had lived all his life in Wauchula and Arcadia.
He was a mechanic by trade, and a protestant. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mary Dyal of Arcadia, Fla., One son, Jessie David Dyal of Arcadia, Fla., Four daughters, Miss Jewel Carolyn Dyal of Tampa, Fla., Miss Verdia Kay Dyal, Miss Lois Marie Dyal and Miss Ruby Jean Dyal all of Arcadia; Two brothers Phobidieu Dyal of Plant City and Mrs. Billy Waldron of Arcadia.
He was a veteran of W.W. II. Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan 31, at 2 p.m. from the Robarts-Grady Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marshall Boroughs officiating with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Robarts-Grady Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
