REYNOLDS. - On October 18, 1895, Mary Anna Reynolds, aged 72 years and 7 months. The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, on Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from the residence of her son-in-law, William J. Grear, 1235 Melon street. To proceed to West Laurel Hill.

I, Mary Reynolds, of the City of Philadelphia, being of sound mind , memory and understanding do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament revoking all wills by me heretofore made.
First, I order and direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done.
Second, I order and direct my executrix to have the bodies of my deceased husband Jacob Reynolds and my son Jacob Reynolds are moved from the Mechanics Cemetery and placed beside my own remains wherever they be interred and head stones to be placed over their remains. I also direct my executrix to have a head stone placed over my own remains at a cost not less than one hundred and fifty dollars.
Thirdly, After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my four children viz, Margaret Grear, wife of William Grear, Mary Wetzel, wife of John Wetzel, Louisa Finley, wife of John Finley, Sarah Cubler, wife of Jacob Cubler to have and to hold the same unto them and their heirs and assigns forever share and share alike. Fourthly, I direct my said executrix hereinafter named to sell and convert my real estate into money and I give unto my executrix, a discretion as to the manner of making sale of said real estate and authorize her to sell at either public or private sale to such person or persons for such price of prices and upon such terms and in such way and manners as she may deem best and I direct her to make execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of the same thereof a good and sufficient deed of Deeds of conveyance in fee simple for the same which purchaser shall not be responsible to see to the proper application of the purchase monies of the sale of the same and I direct my said executrix to receive the proceeds arising from the said sale or sales and to distribute the same as hereinbefore set forth and directed in my will.
Lastly, I do nominate and appoint my daughter Margaret Grear to be the sole executor of this my last will and testament.
