Francis B. Scott, 81, moved on to spend eternity with his beloved spouse, Gloria. A career military officer, he served with distinction in WWII with the 82nd Airborne and later with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, specializing in field construction and serving seven overseas tours. Born in Fountain Hill, PA, he retired from the military in Longwood and worked with the Corps of Engineers and the Naval Training Center. A lifelong traveler, his desire to explore new places never diminished. New Zealand and Oxford were special places for him. Survived by two sons: Scott of Oakland, CA.; Jim of Dallas, TX.
