Florence was the mother of nine children and the wife of Raymond Lowe. Their children are: Linda, Arnold, John, Rex, Max, Gerald, Clint, Terri, & Nancy. She had worked as a telephone operator in her younger days before she was married. She reared most of their children in Hooper, until moving to Roy in 1954. She was a housewife during her married life. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
