SCOTT -- Feb. 20, 1970, Thomas Albert Scott, aged 90 years, Banff, Alberta. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Florence Dey, Wainwright, Mrs. Frieda Hass, Exshaw; a son, Arthur, Calgary; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Agnes in 1954 and a son; Edgar in 1969. born in Ontario, he worked as a carpenter before moving to Wawota, Sask. in 1906 as manager of the Beaver Lumber Co. and operated the Harness and Shoe Repairs Shop as well. He moved to Artland, Sask. in 1915 and homesteaded until moving to Banff in 1943 where he worked at the Bow River Boat House until retirement. Services at the Banff Chapel Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., Rev. Frank G. Andrews officiating. Interment Banff Cemetery.
