CLARKSVILLE — Billy Wayne Coleman, 69, of Wynne, Ark., formerly of Annona, died Tuesday, March 16, 2010.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, March 21, under the Pavilion at Garland Cemetery with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial follows in Garland Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, at Clarksville Funeral Home.

He was born Aug. 16, 1940, in Annona to Thomas Milton "Son" and Sally Burns Coleman. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Annona.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Milton Coleman; sister, Norma Jean Adams; and a son, Billy Wayne "Bubba" Coleman Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Guzman Coleman of Wynne, Ark.; a son, Steven Coleman Matuse of Mount Vernon; one daughter, Marla Burton of Wynne, Ark.; one sister, Barbara Walker of Gun Barrel City; and three grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers are to be Michael Coleman, Ricky Baird, Roger Baird, Mike Tharp, Scotty Humphrey, Harold Fowler II and Billy Fowler.
