Miss Mary Elizabeth Aldrich of 206 North 7th Street, Crockett, passed away Thursday, March 3rd. A lifetime resident of Crockett, Miss Aldrich was a graduate of Columbia University, attended Rice University and Texas University. She was a local abstractor and a member of the Texas Land Title Association; a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. She was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, March 5, at 11am in the First Presbyterian Church with Rev Don McGarity officiating. Interment followed in Glenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Don Gordon, Don Northcutt, Larry Christopher, JE Christopher, Wade Sullivan and Bert Brewer.
