She was the daughter of William Barnard Holden and Ruth Harriet Woods. She was the wife of Philip Quatrale. They wed about 1963.
Priscilla attended the Shirley schools and graduated from Ayer High School with highest honors. She lived in Shirley in her early life and in Ashby the last 36 years of her life. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years and served on the Board of Directors for Winoxet Girl Scout Camp. At various times, she was manager of Stones Radio Shop, Beaudry & Monette and Gaumont of Lowell, all of which were located on Main Street in Ayer. She was co-founder of Spruce Service Inc. of Ayer and Fitchburg, where she completed advertising and display work. She had been an antique collector and dealer for most of her life.
