OCALA -- Theodore "Ted" H. Rice, 58, a line worker for Emergency One for eight years, died Wednesday, March 12, 1997, at his home.
A native of Missoula, Mont., he moved here from Greenville, SC, 10 years ago. Mr. Rice was also the owner of Vacuum Center and Gifts on South Pine Avenue. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and a past fire chief of West Marion Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Rice, Ocala; and his stepsons, Russell H. Allen, Long Beach, CA, and Randell S. Allen, Longmont, CO.
Roberts Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
